The Easton Tantrum is an all new design featuring a variable compression barrel which basically means it is soft and has flex. This bat is our favorite of all the Tantrums as it swings a little stiffer and is a 1 piece design. By far, this is the best 1 piece USSSA bat that has come along in a while. Overall, this model has a nice feel and balance point. If opting for the shave, we would suggest the level 1 standard for optimum performance / durability combination.
