WHEN THE CARBON SLEEVE IS MACHINED, IT TURNS TO DUST AND SOME OF THAT DUST CAN STICK TO THE WALL INSIDE THE OIL. WE DO RINSE AND BLOW OUT THESE BATS THE BEST WE CAN, BUT THERE IS A POSSIBILITY SOME DUST MAY STICK AND FALL OFF INSIDE THE BARREL IN TIME. THERE IS ALSO A FOAM BLOCK THAT IS INBETWEEN THE HANDLE WHICH LESSENS THE VIBRATION AT CONTACT OF WHICH HAS BEEN KNOWN TO WIGGLE LOOSE AND ROLL AROUND INSIDE YOUR BAT. ALL OF THIS CAN BE CLEANED OUT AND REPAIRED DOWN THE ROAD AS NEEDED, BUT THERE WILL BE A CLEAN OUT CHARGE SHOULD YOU WANT TO OPEN BACK UP THE BAT
