Out with the Freak 30 and in with the 2019 Miken Freak 23 USSSA !!! In case you were wondering, Kevin Filby's number is 30 which is why the Filby was call the Freak 30 (Pearson's number is 23). Same bat, new name. Like all Miken 2 piece USSSA models, the bat is filthy when shaved with excellent durability. Will be one of the top performing USSSA bats for 2019.
** The end caps on these bats large in part do not fit flush all the way around the barrel. If you receive a bat where the end cap is not dead flush all the way around, do not be alarmed. The cap is properly secured inside. This is how they come from the factory and it is really a hit or miss of how good the outer fitment is. Most of these models will have a slight overlap on 1 side, but it could be more than slight depending on what we received. We try and true these up the best we can, but sometimes it is not possible as the end cap has a larger diameter than the barrel itself. A lot of these models could also have a rolled edge that tucks up under the end cap which is also how they come from the factory. Again, all depends on how it comes from the factory **

Bat felt great on the very first ball I hit, 310 on a fuckin line with a nice crisp swing. Catch the heart of the barrel on the ball with a clean swing and you’ll have trouble keeping it in the park. No joke. Be confident in your purchase, these guys are professionals and they will work with you to get you swinging the right bat at the right weight with the right work done to it. Yo this bat is hot af right out of the wrapper. Was trying to decide between this 27oz or the 2018 DC41 Supermax 27oz. I've used the DC41 and it's a sick bat, not doubt about that but this bat imo is way smoother. Hitting 300-350' with ease and on the first day using it.
