All sales are final. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the bat, please call us to discuss. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and will work with you on a solution to rectify the situation. We stand behind our work 100%.
Warranties
Shaving a bat voids all manufacturer warranties. No Warranty is implied or given on any bats sold by Homerun Derby Bats Only. As such, HOMERUN DERBY BATS ONLY , its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, and agents make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to items purchased and shall not be liable for any loss, expense (including without limitation, any legal fees), accident or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of such items or as a result of any defect or failure of such items.
Turnaround Time
Please allow up to 5 business days for your bat to ship if you did not choose an expedited option. We will send you the tracking info once the label has been printed. If for any reason we cannot honor this turnaround, we will let you know.
