Returns Exchanges

STOCK - NEW IN WRAPPER BATS can be returned to Company (at customer expense) within 30 calendar days of date of purchase for an in-store credit or refund less a 20% restocking fee.  For store credits, the re-stocking fee will be waived.  The bat must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging that it was received in.  If the returned bat is NOT in said condition, the return will not be accepted and will be held until customer sends a label or pays to have it shipped back.  

For exchanges, the same rules above apply being the bat(s) must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging.  Customer will responsible to pay any differential that would be due if the replacement bat is more expensive.  If the replacement bat is less expensive, Company will refund back customer the difference less processing fees.  The replacement product will not be shipped out until the bat being shipped back on exchange has been received and confirmed it is exchangeable.  

Setting up an exchange does not guarantee that we will still have the item in stock at the time of the exchange.  If you would like to guarantee this item, please contact us to purchase the item that you want, and we will issue a refund of the other product upon receiving your returned item.

ROLLED, HEAT ROLLED, SHAVED or any alloy bat with internal modifications cannot be returned or exchanged
