SHAVED and ROLLED -- 2023 Rawlings Icon BBCOR Baseball Bat. The Icons in our opinions are very similar to the Easton Maxum BBCOR, yes the Easton Maxum. Barrels are eerily similar between the 2 bats in composite material and retaining ring with the only difference being the Icon is a 2 piece bat vs 1 piece. These are very good bats shaved and hold up very well. The recommended shave spec is level 1 full service. This bat breaks in very easy and has a very soft feel and nice sound.
